Order Process

  • Online Purchase

    Select your products, sizes and quantities on this website and pay with the portal. Select shipping or local Edmonton pick up at check out. You will get an email confirmation from store@ckua.com and another confirmation from Print Machine.

  • Production

    Over the next 15 business days, Print Machine will add your items to their production que. Once the order is fully completed, it will be packed for shipping or pick up, depending on which option was chosen at checkout.

  • Order Delivery

    Once the order is completed, you will get an email notification. If you selected shipping, it will also come with a tracking number. If you selected local pickup, you will get directions and instructions to the central Edmonton location.
